I had an outstanding experience at Hi-Tech Collision Center Reno! I took my Tesla Model Y in for repairs, and I was really impressed with how quickly and professionally they handled everything. The paint job was flawless, and the owner, Matthew, was extremely communicative throughout the process. Overall, it was a job well done, and I highly recommend them!

Took my car in for scratch repair on the side. They fixed that, but caused new scratches to my front bumper and installed the headlight brackets incorrectly (light misaligned). When I brought up the damage, the representative flat-out denied removing the bumper or lights and accused me of lying / being dishonest. I recorded the in-person conversation (legal in Nevada—one-party consent for face-to-face), where he explicitly says they "never removed the bumper or lights." I then showed him their own itemized service invoice that clearly lists removal of the bumper and lights. No apology, no accountability—just more denial. Poor workmanship followed by straight misrepresentation. Not worth the risk. Go somewhere that stands behind their work. I'm not done with them yet—they aren't hearing the

I brought my car to this body shop in November 2023, expecting a straightforward repair, but instead endured MONTHS of delays, poor communication, and an overall lack of professionalism. From the start, they struggled to locate the correct front lip for my Infiniti, despite repeatedly assuring me they were handling it. The only part they ever managed to send me was for the wrong car entirely, and at one point, Michel, the owner, even suggested I look for parts on Amazon. Each attempt to order the part either ended in a canceled shipment or a “lost” delivery. Under new management! Excellent service from start to finish! The staff was professional, honest, and took the time to explain the repairs clearly. My vehicle runs like new, and the turnaround time was quicker than expected. Fair prices, quality work, and trustworthy people—I’ll definitely be coming back for any future repairs!

UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT - Incredible staff went above and beyond. I had an insurance claim and they walked me through the whole process and they dealt with the Insurance Company directly. Also, sent me text message throughout the entire week my car was with them so I knew exactly where they were at with my repair. Super nice people and excellent work - very pleased with my experience.
