If you are looking for the perfect Senior living spot for your loved one or self, look no further. Highgate is your home! This beautiful place is warm and inviting. They use diffusers that leave you feeling energetic for your day and relaxed in the evening. The food is delicious whether breakfast, lunch or dinner. I had the pleasure to dine with my loved one at all. Balanced, colorful, flavorful and filling. The resident homes are quaint and well designed. What really sets Highgate apart is their staff whether it is their receptionist, sales associate, dining associate, care partner or nurse, your loved one is treated as if they are the only one living there…these individuals, too numerous to name, are walking angels. Highgate is a great place for mom to live. I’m impressed with the things residents are doing—a picnic and kayaking at Goldwater Lake, the Verde Canyon Railroad, Hello Dolly, Bearazona, and Butterfly Wonderland to name a few. The facility is inviting and the staff are genuinely kind and caring. Kelly is fantastic, treats my mom like family and helps her stay active and involved.

My mom has moderate Alzheimer’s with dementia and can still do simple tasks. She had lived in an assisted living facility out of state for a while. That experience was not great. The Highgate has been a breath of fresh air. From the first day, everyone who works there made a point to know her name and greet her when she’s out and about. Their experience working with people with dementia is obvious in their patience and care. The facility is extremely clean, very cozy feeling, and we enjoy visiting her there. Most importantly, we feel extremely confident that she is well taken care of. I cannot express enough how great the staff is there, from sales, to front desk, to food service, the medical staff, everyone.

I am so happy we chose Highgate to be my mother's home for the past 4 years. Everyone there is so nice and comforting. I have no anxiety when I leave her since I know she is in great hands. I especially like visiting her on Saturdays, since I get to taste the delicious rootbeer floats that Kelly makes for all the residents and visitors! I usually eat my float while watching armchair tours in the great movie theatre room they have. I highly recommend Highgate!

I volunteer every so often here and I just want to recognize the staff, and kitchen for the wonderful work they do for the residents. From the care and daily attention needed, to the beautiful dining experiences Chef Nicole provides... When I am there it truly makes my volunteering experience that much more enjoyable. 🙏🏼
