I've been looking at cars on this lot for several months. Every encounter I've had with Anthony has been reassuring and positive. He's given me good advice on different kinds of cars. Today I finally bought a 2006 CRV for my son. Anthony was very friendly, honest, and open about anything the car needed. I like that their cars typically have only had one previous owner and no accidents. I look forward to doing business with him when my daughter needs a car!

I corresponded with John regarding an SUV that I was looking to purchase and it was nothing short of amazing. He was upfront, honest and incredibly accommodating with all of my requests. He made sure I knew everything about the car, the good and the bad. John really works with his customers and you see it in the time and effort they put in. It truly surpasses any car buying experience I've ever had.

John and Mark provided us the best car buying experience we've ever had! It's a small family business, and they do not sell bad cars. It's a warm and inviting office, complete with a ping pong table that kept our kids occupied while my wife and I went through the car buying process. We really got to know John and Mark over the course of that morning. They even connected my son with an employer in Boone. Even though we live in Wilmington, we'll be going back to Boone for our future vehicles. Don't go to a big dealership. Go to these guys. Better proces, better experience, better everything. You will not regret it.

I would give Highland Auto a million stars if I could. Anthony (the owner) went out of his way to make sure I understood everything about the car I ended up buying. This was my first automobile purchase, so I had a TON of questions for him, but he was very nice and patiently walked me through the whole process. Great experience!
