I had an outstanding experience with the team at the Highland Collision Center. They were incredibly efficient in getting one of my vehicle serviced and established quickly. The job was completed even earlier than the promised date, which was a pleasant surprise. Their communication throughout the process was excellent, keeping me updated every step of the way. Just picked my car up from them today. They worked out pretty much all of the details with my insurance company and were awesome to work with. I would do it again in a heart beat. I picked up my car and it had the interior and exterior washed too. I literally drove it home smiling even though the rental was nicer than my own car.

My front bumper and sensors were severely damaged in a hit-and-run accident. Upon disassembly, the shop discovered some serious repair issues that resulted from a prior loss caused by the previous owner of the car that I didn't know about, as I've only had the car for less than a year... Joseph and Jesse thoroughly documented the necessary repairs, advised me on legal action I could take against the seller of the car, and worked diligently with my insurance through this complex situation to ensure me the best deal they could. It took a while for me to get my car back but I was very happy with the result. The car was restored to perfect-looking condition. They even had it detailed for me. I highly recommend their service!
