I had great customer service and passed the emissions. But I just want to warn people to check your gas caps when they are done. They didn't put mine on all the way and it caused my check engine light to come on with 2 codes a little under a week later causing unnecessary stress. So I recommend double checking.

Remarkably helpful, and great customer service. When my car failed emissions even after repairs, I applied for an emissions waiver. Steve McFall was assigned to my case and got in touch with me quickly. He was well-informed and able to guide me toward a solution. His tech, Mark, was also very helpful in understanding the issues with my car and was able to point me in a good direction. My emissions waiver application was denied but for good reasons, and I now feel adequately equipped to go back to my mechanic and have him correct the issue the right way. Well done. Highly recommend.

Took vehicles completely randomly, regardless of lane designation. Took over two hours, thanks to 8 vehicles that were behind me jumping line. BS process.

Probably the rudest most inconsiderate technician my husband and I have ever come in contact with his name is John. He was demanding and treated us as if we were ruining his day by using this place to simply get answers. Absolutely awful customer service. The woman who works in the office was very nice and helpful.... that technician was a real piece of work...next time I would rather drive across the state to get this done than ever come back to this office. Don't go to this location

I was dreading this but it was super fast and crew was nice and efficient.
