The staff was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions—not just about the battery, but about other maintenance areas as well. There was no wait, and the service was incredibly quick and efficient. As a bonus, they even welcomed my dog, which I truly appreciated! I would absolutely return for future service and highly recommend them to others.

10/10 best place you could bring your BMW. All of the techs are very knowledgeable and great to chat with. To be completely honest, all of the staff here is great and I love coming in because everytime I come in I end up leaving with more knowledge on the product. They don’t make you feel guilty for having vehicle issues like I’ve experienced at Keeler. Between the clear communication, support, and honesty I will always pick Highline for all of my BMW related services. Keep up the great work guys!

I've had my BMW 328xi for 18 years and the car is in amazing shape. I've always brought it to the dealership for servicing. Then, the dealer told me my rear subframe was rotted and needed to be replaced. Ok, I get it, it happens. The estimate? $9,000. The KBB on my car is $4,000. They essentially told me my car was totaled. Because of a rotting subframe.
