Rick was indeed a pleasant, kind and respectful representative for Legacy! He made an initial call to me stating clearly his purpose in calling, offered genuine condolences for a loss suffered by my family, made necessary arrangements with me for towing and then followed up ( as he said he would) before arriving at my home the following day explaining exactly when he would arrive, which he did and the towing was completed timely and with no difficulty.
