After shopping around at several dealers for almost a year including visiting the fall Portland RV Show, I found myself struggling to pull the trigger and felt underwhelmed. We had been looking at ads, marketplace, and classifieds for an rv that was just right for both of us! Satisfying two people is not an easy task in recreational standards. We found one that looked promising on marketplace that we could go and look at at Highway Trailers lot. After driving almost 2 hours, we were greeted by Nathan, he was very laid back and easygoing. He took us to the RV we were there to see and showed us every aspect of the trailer. After answering our questions for a half hour, we agreed this was the one for us ( yes! BOTH of us) so we jumped on it! We were helped by Charro so we knew how everything worked, then Ryan in finance that had all the paperwork in order so that after just a few signatures, we were driving off on our new adventures!! We had one of the best experiences ever in the history of shopping for high end purchases. We visited the Salem RV show and visited the Highway Trailer area. Kelley from Highway was immediately knowledgeable, very kind, not at all pushy, great for education, valued finding the right fit and felt like family quickly. She was able to educate on the best option for towing, longevity of the product and how to care for an RV. We ended up getting a product that wasn't available at her space. Even after not having the sale she still took the time to meet with us and make sure we had everything we needed. She is a straight shooter and its so obvious she cares about each persons needs for the best camping experience. When we upgrade we will 1000% be coming back to get an RV from her. We can't recom

Call and talked with the service person explained that I thought I needed new jacks on my camper. My original ones, which were obsolete, I thought one was bent. I had to prepay for them to be ordered which I did. When I went in for installation they put on the new jacks but did not order the hand cranks. So great I have new jacks, but no way to use them. I called the factory finally got those 3 weeks later. I take the camper off the truck and the front Jack is so crooked I thought I was going to lose the camper. I sent photos and talked with the service manager who asked me to bring it back in. From the photo they couldn't see anything wrong. They said their job was only to replace the jacks. Not to make sure they were straight. Not to make sure it would be safe to use the jacks. So I wa
