Hiline Auto Repair

I went to Hiline Auto Repair for my annual Uber inspection, but I won't be going back. The mechanic was incredibly rude, barking orders at me to move my car and not block the bay. I have no problem following rules, but his tone was completely unprofessional. I decided right then to take my business elsewhere. I went to Emily’s Garage just 2 minutes away, and the difference was night and day. Emily's is cleaner, the staff is friendlier, and they actually treat you like a customer. If you’re a Lyft or Uber driver, skip Hiline and go to Emily's instead.

As a woman it is so hard to find honest hardworking mechanics. My car was towed to this shop and they had the vehicle for over 24 hours and could not tell me what was wrong. Paid almost $200 for a waste of time!!!!

If the gentleman feels like it, he can put your car in line for inspection. Since I went at 12:30 on the first day, I missed it. I went again the next day; it was drizzling lightly, and because he didn’t feel like it, he didn’t want to carry out the inspection.

This place was recommended to me by my mom, so I had high hopes! As soon as I got there I was greeted by the employees and other customers. I had an appointment, which made everything smooth as butter. Everyone there is very knowledgeable and does the work correctly. They fixed my ac as well as fixed a leak I didn't even know I had so that I wouldn't have to come in every year. Recommended by mom's and now recommended by me. Even if you're not from the area, make your way over there for top-notch service. Thank you again, Hiline!!!

I did make an appointment with this shop and I came on time and he sent me back. I came other day. He didn’t inspection my car. And my car is zero mileage I bought new he says today is raining. I don’t have time to inspection your car. The guy was very rude.
