I ordered a new fuel tuner got it in 3 days, when I went to hook it up it only had 2 plugs and not 4 like my Arctic Cat 1000 needed. I called big gun tech support and they informed me that there are 2 tuners with the same part # 1 is for a 700 and the other is for a 1000 only difference is the harness. I contacted hillery and gentlemen I spoke thought it was crazy like I did so he went to warehouse and found out that is true so he immediately dropped the new right one in the mail and I had it in 2 days flat with a return label for the wrong one to go back. Excellent customer service, very friendly and great prices! I will definitely be a repeat customer in the future.

Terrible experience with this company.. I saw that they had Trail Tech GPS's on sale for $206. I put one in my cart but didn't checkout at that moment because I wanted to make sure it would work on my bike and eliminate the hassle of a return, for both me and them. I called Hillary Motorsports to make sure it would fit, (told them that I had one in the cart), but they werent helpful at all and didn't know anything about the units so hung up with them and called Trail Tech technical department directly. They gave me the answer that I needed.and less than 15 minutes later I went back to my cart to finish the transaction and they had changed the price from the $206 to $249. I would understand if the "sale" was over, but they still have the same (different fitments) ones up for the $206, but

Terrible customer service will not respond been trying everyday for the past 30 days. Needed to send something back that I purchased will not respond to calls or email let alone answer. Joke of a company save yourself the hassle and stress and order from a bigger more reliable company.
