Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Jorja and Ivory did my oil change this morning. They were very quick with the services. Jorja was very nice and knowledgeable about the services provided. They even told me my CV Axel was broken and helped me diagnose another issue my car was having. Thank you so much!

Ivory, Harley, Mathew worked with me to get my oil change, I really appreciated their personable customer service, I felt like I was just chatting with good friends as they changed my oil. It was my first time doing this, and were able to guide me through the process with ease. They even made sure I got a good deal. Thank you guys, love the energy. Will definitely be coming back the next time I need my oil change!

The team did well, it's just the cost. It's getting way too high. I will be finding another way to get my oil changed. The check point list is nice, and I suppose it does provide a convenience for some people, but I can do that myself. I just need my oil changed. I'm sure you have environmental fees and salaries to cover, but again I can probably get it done much cheaper by myself or at another service provider.

Excellent, thorough, swift service was provided by: Harley, Kierra and Mathew with recommendations noted. The air cabin filter was checked but did not need to be replaced. Will definitely follow up on additional recommendations.
