Specifically asked them to do a really good job on the windows because I have shoulder issues and can’t do the car windows very well. Back window wasn’t even touched. Smears and muddy water spots on side windows and windshield. The inside of the doors and rims weren’t done either. When I booked the appointment they said their current special for the showroom package was $150. That was what was on the website (see photo). At the time of booking they asked the model of my car and I told them it was a Hyundai Palisade. They said yes the special for the showroom package was $150. When they called me to tell me my car was ready, the bill was another $30 and they said SUVs were more expensive. Very unprofessional from the moment I walked in the doors, firstly there was a very strong weed smell. They offer “complementary” rides and they seemed caught off guard when I inquired about that. They had followed me home and drove my car back there. They left my house at 930am and said they’d return it at 230pm. As 230 came and went there was no sign of them. Therefore I called them at 245pm. They said they had forgotten. So they came to my house about 20mins later. We’re still putting the floor mats back, in my driveway. My change was missing and the cleaning chemical they used for the interior was splattered all over the inside of my windshield. Fantastic work done by Maurice and Co. I brought my vehicle here twice (Apr 2021 and just recently) and what outstanding work has been done! Now I drive a brand new looking 16 year old car. I had remembered the excellent job done two years ago so I called Maurice again asking about a bird poop stain, and he said he could remove it. Good pricing and value and for people going to/from Cornell or Ithaca, his shop is along the bus routes 40 and 43 about 10 minutes from campus. I'm very glad I consulted him about the bird droppings (shown in one of the photos) and I will be bringing my car in for any future needs.

they did a great job! i got the showroom interior and the car looked amazing afterwards. the guys were very friendly and price was reasonable. will definitely recommend and go again in the future :)

Awesome car cleaning service! He is super flexible and accommodating and was able to help right away on a weekend (when most other places were closed or unable to help). He left my car sparkling and smelling amazing and as clean as when I got it! Thank you so much, you’re a lifesaver
