We recently bought a car from Hilltop Ford and had a great experience from start to finish. The salesman, Jerrid was super friendly and very knowledgeable about the Ford Mustang. He took his time answering all of my questions and walking me through the different features, which I really appreciated. The whole process was smooth and easy. The manager came by to introduce himself, which was a nice touch, and the finance manager was also personable and easy to work with. Everyone made us feel welcomed and valued. I also appreciated that the car was washed and detailed to make sure it was in perfect condition.
