I love my 2026 Carnival! John T, Leon, Garnett, and John L. all made the experience stress free! They are efficient, kind and simply pleasant to work with! Honestly, they spoil me and I am extremely grateful!! They are family. Forever! If you want a solid team, this is it! Kevin in the Service dept is great as well! Moe was a wonderful salesperson to work with, kind, patient, and very helpful. He even helped me charge my phone so he could assist me with the Kia app setup. The finance person was great. They negotiated in good faith. I’d definitely recommend Kia Hilltop based on my experience.

My Kia Nero had a recall, I was notified by mail. I called, brought the car in for inspection and a week later, got the part installed. Everyone in the service center was friendly, no waiting, and the free shuttle. It all worked well for me. And the car was washed and vacuumed! What a surprise!
