If I could give a zero rating I would do that right now. I was so frustrated with the service I received and the lies I was told over and over at the Hinderer Honda service department in Heath.. I bought my car there in 2015 and was considering trading it in but I will not do business with this location anymore.. I bought a battery in 2020 and called them Saturday to tell them that my battery was bad. They immediately scheduled me appointment within a couple hours to come in and told me if the battery tested bad it was under warranty and the good news was they had more in stock. So I went in, the car battery was tested bad, unfortunately they tell me they don't have any batteries.. I was also told that I probably bought what they were calling a COVID battery and there were a lot of bad bat

Absolutely horrible service at the Honda location. When we purchased our van brand new last year (Fall 2024), we noticed 2 panels were cracked or other slight damage. They put it in the contract and promised to fix them. We took our van in soon after purchase, had it “inspected” so that the service department could order relevant parts, and left. Nothing came of this. We then proceeded to follow up with Lewis, the service manager. We were then asked to bring our van in for a SECOND TIME after I had explained that nothing resulted from our first attempt well within required timelines. I have been purchasing vehicles from Hinderer Honda for over 20 years. I have always had an enjoyable experience dealing with them. Their service department does an excellent job in getting you in and out in a timely manner. I highly recommend buying a vehicle from them.
