Brought my Ford Hybrid to the shop. Pretty sure they didn't look at it. Told me spark plugs were locked and they didn't want to Crack engine. Upon repair, it was clear they NEVER REMOVED THE COVER TO GET TO THE IGNITION COILS AND PLUGS. Why not just tell the truth, say you don't work on those. Actual problem coil replacement, any easy job for an average mechanic.

I called the day of to make an appointment and they saw me the same day. It didn't take long at all. The family that runs the shop were very nice and pleasant. If I have any other issues with my car I will be taking it back to them for sure. Check them out, you won't be disappointed

Excellent experience! Scott the owner is professional and honest. He even tried to help me get my truck repaired under the factory warranty instead of just doing the repair and taking the money. Isn't that the kind of auto repair shop you want?! I'm new to the area and my neighbor who owns classic cars recommended Hipps to me. Before retiring I ran a business and Scott and his business are first class! Simpsonville is lucky to have such a professional and honest auto repair shop.

Was having issues with the door lock (couldn’t get the mechanism to go down so we could close the door). The woman went and got a mechanic and he had it working again on minutes!! They did a great job and were very friendly!
