Tri City Coach Towing went above and beyond. They helped me with my car and also took the time to walk me through the insurance claim conversation, which was honestly a huge relief. The whole team was incredibly professional, patient, and transparent, explaining every step so I actually understood what was going on. They definitely didn’t have to take all those extra steps, but they did anyway—especially Austin, who was outstanding. Highly recommend them if you want service that’s not just efficient, but genuinely caring.

5 stars is not high enough for what we experienced! Our daughter wrecked her car and it was towed back to their shop Thanksgiving night. Steve was great to help us through the process and repair! Very responsive to calls and texts. Prompt with service with all the holidays. I highly highly recommend!!!!!

We had to fix our Mustang after an accident and Steven went above and beyond to return it to even better shape than before the accident. The paint job, perfect alignment of all the parts and headlight replacement were done so perfectly that it looks like brand new now. There are not many people left like Steve who love what they do and do not cut any corners but instead do the extra steps to make it better than you expect. There is no way we would ever use anyone else for body work! The price was very reasonable, he could have charged us more for the quality of work he did! We are very impressed and highly recommend!

Tri City Coach did an excellent job repairing the body damage on my vehicle. They were professional, kept me informed throughout the process, and completed the work with a quick turnaround. The repair looks great and the entire experience was smooth. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

The best shop I have ever been to, Steve answered all our questions and some, before we were bringing our car in. Very knowledgeable and very friendly. He took his time to talk with us about the steps once we bring the car in. Granted I can’t review his work but everyone already did on here. But this is all about how he took his time and made us feel. With that being said I know he is proud of his work and NOT a salesman
