If I could give zero stars, I most definitely would!!! I honestly don’t know how he even has 5 stars. We decided to go with Jim due to a referral. Maybe his work is actually pretty good but we’ll honestly never know. We have spent weeks trying to connect with Jim. It is almost impossible to get in touch with Jim and when you finally do, he gives you the run around to call him back on this day or this other day yada yada. When we finally were able to speak to him about bringing our suv in, he says yeah bring it in at 3pm today! So we did just that, we got there right at 3pm. The sign says ”Yes We’re Open” but only to find that all his garage bay doors were closed and the main entrance doors are locked!! Jim has always been able to fix problems with our vehicles. I have never had a problem with his work. Very honest and hard working.

Guy was real nice and honest. It took him awhile to get to it, but he told me that ahead of time. I think they are honest people easy to work with.
