Hitzfield's Auto was a true God-send!! I was in TX on vacation, when my car had severe issues. Hitzfield's got me in right away, diagnosed the issue in a short time, and got the alternator and blown fuse fixed within hours. Heather was so kind to give us a ride to and from our Airbnb. They were informative, very reasonably priced, and just plain 'ole GREAT service with friendliness and a smile. So glad to have taken our Airbnb host's recommendation. I heard Hitzfield's was always busy and assumed we'd have a hard time getting into the shop for diagnosis, but such was not the case.... they were quite busy, yet they made time for us because of our vacation time constraint. Such a God-send!!

Last month we brought our 2012 Toyota Tacoma in for AC repair. We were positive. We were going to have to dump a small chunk of money into it to get the AC running for the season and these folks were totally awesome and let us know that would not be needed. It was a simple fill of the Freon and a replacement of a hose and we were done in less than a half day. And to add to that, we had some headlights that we needed to have replaced and installed that were in the truck and asked if they would be willing to install them for us for a fee to which they were happy to do so, and everything has been working perfectly ever since. These folks are the most honest and trustworthy people I've ever dealt with. I will never use anyone different on any vehicle I ever have. I can't stress enough how good it feels to have a mechanic shop that is fair and honest. Highly recommended.....
