Absolutely great staff loved Harvey especially such a friendly guy he was really nice and done his job with a smile and even said he appreciated the review but mostly said to make it about the staff. They are all wonderful but that young man was great.

A few things factors that go into rating a car wash are how clean your car is, service, amenities, bang for your buck. The car wash it self is one of the best I’ve been to, my truck comes out very clean with the exception of the tire shine and under carriage wash. Tires and wheels come out like they were showered without soap. The bug removal is fantastic. Service: 3/5 Stars. They guide you into the car wash, give you a light pre-wash and leave it at that. It feels like the people helping with the gate are commissioned, they care about getting you to sign up, then after that, good luck. I had an awesome experience at Super Star Car Wash thanks to Andrea! She’s always super friendly, welcoming, and goes out of her way to make sure everything is taken care of the right way. Her customer service is genuinely top-tier. On top of that, she has a great energy and a positive vibe that makes the whole visit even better and on top of that a cutie for sure. I went threw the car wash today in gun barrall tx and the was did not clean my vehicle all the way told me that if I didn't buy the 23 dollar one I wouldn't get extra shine which is fine but my finder wells were still dirty and the bugs were still thick on the front and were from the day before and the gentleman working that was not a gentleman was very rude and accused me of lieing and wheing I said that that thay were from the night prior and said he was not gonna give me a refund and that I needed to go back threw and get the 23 dollar one and said stop being cheap I stopped at this was to try it cause the one I used go to is out of the way and was willing to try a new one but I will definitely be driving out of the way for my washes from now on and the man was still being rude but I gu

We switched to this place because the manager told us that this place had certain equipment my husband was looking for. We were told that there was something in the process that would help make my trunk and roof look better. Three months into this place and it is worse. At one point I asked the attendant about it not washing the back of my car. Her response was (two separate times) " you can go through as many times as you like." I told her that the point of going through the first time was to have it done right. Her response was hum... I will mention it to the manager. Two months later I still have a dirty back end of my car.
