Brian went above and beyond to resolve my muffler issues. He even upgraded my mufflers to a stainless steel model, he charged me $0 for labor and added a warranty. I highly recommend this shop. If there is a drawback, they dont have a full time office person so they may not answer the phone. I just stop by to arrange my work.

Don't get me wrong, friendly guy and knowledgeable about his business. That being said it took way too long for the knowledge he had. He overcharged on the maintenance with my car, and was very deceitful with what he had "fixed" on my car. All I asked was to get my timing belt replaced and he called me back several times saying things "needed" done. At first I thought he was a great guy, after this experience I realize he is like most mechanics and just wants to make money

I was traveling through town with my Uhaul and I showed up at Hi-Way towards the end of a business day. Brian dropped what he was doing to get me in. He was great about trying to get me back on the road ASAP. He called around immediately to find a part at a salvage yard and then when it came in, he stayed after hours to get the job done. I always felt he was being honest about what was wrong with it, and felt it was above average customer service. If I lived in Norfolk, I would highly recommend and make this my go-to shop.

They've had my car almost three months. I realize ordering a motor and getting it shipped took some extra time, and replacing the motor takes some time, but they haven't even pulled the old motor yet!! And that woman that answers the phone is something else. NO customer service going on there. And when I dated all her what the hell was going on, she hung up on me. I can't wait to get my car back and tell everyone not to go there!!!

Absolute train wreck. The first time I went to them was for exhaust work. Let's just say that's not their strong suit if they need to weld. Anyway. Some time later I take wife's car in for a starter. They order the wrong one 3 times and they had the car just over a week. Fast forward to now. I take my pickup in for an ABS issue. And they find some burnt wiring which is understandably time consuming to work on. BUT they keep truck FOR TWO WEEKS and don't even work on it because their overbooked. Instead of turning me away they just keep telling me I need to finish one thing and I'll start on it. But that never happened. And to make it even worse the whatever they did do is now making my battery go dead. Just another problem that needs fixed. Oh I forgot to mention they also got the inside o
