Incredibly friendly and charismatically upfront. He's focused mainly on imports, (as he kindly reminded me at the end.) I was there with my van and there was a great amount of banter over the course of about three hours. I saved more than 150 dollars and actually formed a relationship with a master technician that I didn't know existed so close to home. It's a great feeling and I'm really happy to have met Hai.

Outstanding experience. Would HIGHLY recommend. I have a 2003 Honda Civic. I needed to have the rear brake shoes changed. I called to check availability at 10:00 AM. Hai was more than happy to accommodate me that day. I dropped the car off on my lunch break and the brakes were installed before 3 PM. I provided Hai with the parts and his labor fee was only $70.00. I was starting to get the sense that my previous mechanic was overcharging me so I called him just to see if I could get a quote for a comparison. He estimated that it would be a MINIMUM of $225.00 just for the labor! Hai was recommended to me by a family member as a dependable and trustworthy mechanic and he has certainly proven to be just that.
