Hoak's Four Wheel Drive Center

Went to Hoak's to get quite a bit of work done on a Tacoma. Couldn't be happier with the experience. Andrew was insanely helpful in making sure I got the right components and Eric clearly takes pride in the work he does on customer's vehicles. We're fortunate to have a place like this nearby.

Starting with my first conversation, the gentlemen who answered the phone was very courteous, professional and helpful in dealing with my request. The turn around time for my repair was extremely fast and had my winch back into service within 2 weeks. This is an example of great customer service and a well run business. Thank you.

You will not find a more knowledgeable group of folks in the aftermarket 4x4 business. Always willing to spend time to understand your needs and making sure you get the right product or service, even if it doesn't lead to a sale for them. Purchased many tires and offroad parts from them over the last 15 years. They're my first stop for 4x4 parts and advice!

Employees were very nice, they helped me quickly figure out the issue with my winch.
