We just bought a pre-owned 2024 Chrysler Pacifica and had a fantastic experience! I worked with Brandon Thomas and he did everything he possibly could to earn our business. He was professional, courteous and always available to answer my questions or concerns. We went back and forth regarding whether we wanted to purchase a new or a certified pre-owned and opted for the latter. Throughout all of our back and forth Brandon was patient and understanding. He made us feel as though he wanted us to make the best decision for our needs without being pushy as many salespeople can be. Absolutely worst jeep dealership. DO NOT GO HERE. DO NOT GO HERE. I was a long time customer for over 10 years. Bought 3 vehicles from them. They sure have changed because the Manager and owner now do not care about the customers at all. Ryan sokoloff (owner) and Aaron Zolko (manager) couldn’t care less about your problems. I came in for a simple tire installation. I have a 2017 hard rock edition rubicon and for those that don’t know that was a special edition that came with special edition wheels. The wheels are black with a MACHINED lip. The tech destroyed the lips of the wheels. ALL 5! My wheels were in perfect condition prior to that. They did take responsibility for the damage. Super convenient not having to leave home or work, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Zeke was knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure everything was taken care of the right way. First time customer from 3 and half hours away! Broke down far from home and had no idea what was wrong with my truck. Frustrated to say the least. Hands down the worst dealership and service experience I’ve ever had. My 2023 Jeep Wrangler—less than 50k miles and a $65,000 vehicle—sat at Susquehanna Dodge for 11 weeks (66 days). No clear diagnosis, just part after part being replaced because they had no idea what was wrong. I was lied to about a loaner being “sold,” forced to pay out of pocket for a rental, and then not fully reimbursed by Jeep Care. FCA’s response?
