I had a very disappointing experience at this auto repair shop. Based on my visit, I felt disrespected, and the way I was spoken to made me uncomfortable, especially as a Somali customer. In my experience, the prices were higher than expected, and I did not receive a clear explanation or any warranty for the work. After the service, my car seemed to have additional issues that were not present before.

This place is a total scam. I paid them for repairs that were never actually done. Not only did they lie to me about what was needed, but they clearly have no clue what they’re doing when it comes to fixing cars. Every time I went back, hoping they’d fix the issue, they just made up excuses and took my money without offering any real solutions. The owners are extremely rude and unprofessional. They don’t care about customers at all and are just out to make a quick buck. On top of that, they used old, worn-out parts and tried to pass them off as new. They don’t know anything about cars, and instead of fixing the problem, they actually made things worse. I wouldn’t trust these people with a bike, let alone a car.
