Unfortunately, in order to write a comment, I have to give them a 1 star, but if it were to be me, I would've given them -5 stars. My wheel was out of air at my house, and I just took the wheel to the shop to replace the valve stem, they didn't have to do anything of mounting the wheel or dismount it, they just had to simply replace the valve stem, but from the vehicle that I transported the wheel, they didn't have to take it out, I personally took it. And when I went to pay, they gave me a bill of around $35. That price is a ridiculous charge. I don't know if just because I'm hispanic, they charged me that price. Went in to buy tire and got quoted at 150. After it was installed the cost was $200 for one freaking tire. All these random expenses and add ons like for something that took like 7 minutes.

Went to this business to try and get my truck inspected. I asked if I could get an inspection done , The older hispanic gentleman acted like he didn't want to perform the task. The said he should have already left for the day. He asked if i had insurance card I handed it to him he took one look at my rear passenger tire and said it was to worn down to pass inspection. The other 3 tires are brand new, that tire is 6 months old. He told me my truck would never pass inspection anywhere. I drove 2 minutes down the road and passed inspection in 5 mins. I called back to talk to owner and he was taking up for the guy. Amazing! Keep this in mind this is a tire shop also so they will tell you to buy tires so they can make more money. Made an appointment to get a tail light replaced. When I went in they had lost my appointment. Was told I'd have to wait several hours to get it replaced although there was only one other customer present. When I tried to reschedual the person walked away and ignored me to answer a phone, not even saying something like "excuse me let me get this". Guess y'all don't want my patronage?

Was quoted $26 per tire for mounting and balancing, cost me $88.27 to have 2 tires mounted and balanced only.
