The service department took us right away. We were traveling when the oil light came on despite having just had an oil change. They offered to run diagnostics on the car which we did. Gabriel was the service rep we worked with. He was always in touch with us letting us know what was going on. In the end we wound up updating the system. The waiting room is quite comfortable with reclining leather chairs and water and coffee available. We left there feeling well taken care of in a most comfortable setting. Highly recommend that dealership.

From start to finish a great experience with this team! Had been using another CT Audi dealer prior and did not have a pleasant experience, hence my switch to Team Hoffman. From the initial call with David to the appointment itself, it was a very smooth and pleasurable experience and they have made a permanent customer out of me. I had a great experience at Hoffman Audi of New London. When I called they got me an appointment for the next day for my annual inspections and oil change. Their communication was excellent. I had a comfortable place to wait for my car to be serviced. The service was completed in a timely manner. My car and mats were washed and smelled fresh.
