Absolutely great! They were referred to me by someone at my job.I will continue to use Hoffman Tires and Auto. They listened to my issue with my car. My diagnostic was completed quickly. When I first noticed my wheel issue a different well known company completed a diagnostic gave me an outlandish quote and said not to take to anyone else. That was a terrible experience.

I had my brakes and tires replaced here recently, and wow…talk about quality work. Today I hit a pothole that felt like I drove straight into the Earth’s core. I was going way too fast, heard the most dramatic bang, and immediately thought, “Well… this is it.” I was fully expecting to see a shredded tire flapping in the wind. But nope. Those tires they put on? Absolute champs. They still look and drive like new. After that impact, I’m genuinely impressed nothing even phased them. Safe to say the work they do here is solid and reliable. If their tires can survive my pothole audition for a disaster movie, they can handle anything. Five stars.

First thing my appointment time was respected, that was awesome, no waiting. They also were very informative about their findings on my vehicle and did not just try and service me or sell me any unnecessary parts. So they've earned my respect and my business. Will definitely come back if I have any other issues with my vehicle.
