Hogan & Sons Tire & Auto

Woke up to a flat tire while staying in Fairfax for a roadtrip, and they got me back on the road with only about a total of an hour delay. It was a new tire so you can still expect what the price was, but everybody was very friendly granted I called within a minute of them opening. They also tried to fix my tire before selling a new one. Appreciate the help!

I've been taking my car to Hogan and Sons for a while now and haven't had any issues. Customer service is great, their work is always prompt and, what I feel is the best part, they don't try to upsell you on anything. They'll call you with the status of your car, tell you what's wrong/what they'll do, what it will cost and the recommended service. You either go with what they recommend or not and move on. They won't try to push you into doing an engine swap when all you need is an oil change.

Needed tires and had a faulty tire pressure sensor. Mike did a great job of detailing what I needed and 1.5 hours later I am completely finished. Drove car home and everything working as advertised. They are a trustworthy and reputable business.

I turned into Hogan & Sons as my front end was making noise. Suddenly my wheel came off - all the studs snapped! Luckily I was right in front of the shop. They came out, jacked it up on one side and drove the truck out of the way (on the jack) then due to closing they stayed late to install new studs in front to get the wheel on so they could put in the garage to finish the next day! Excellent service and quality work!
