Hogan Tire & Auto - Lowell

I have been going to Hogan Tire for years and had a problem after I left my last service appointment that Jonathan was able to quickly resolve. It is hard to find a good, honest, service station. Hogan Tire is up to the task and provides a high level of service and professionalism...highly recommended.

Set up an appointment over the phone to mount tires the day before. Gave exact model year and specs of tires like the exact section width. Said they can do it. I set up this appointment having to get time off work also. Go to the appointment and they say they can't mount the size tire requested. Maybe before you make people take time off work to schedule an appointment you should tell them over the phone when they give the exact specs of the tire and model of the vehicle that you can't do the tire change instead of after taking time off and then having to drive your place and then saying you can't do it.

Ordered my tires and had them ready to install the next morning. There were 2 other customers scheduled at the same time, tires and alignment were done within 1.5 hours. I ordered wider tires than what I had on before and they made sure to double check if that's what I really wanted, which of course I did. They're quick, professional, and had attention to detail. Would recommend.

Will never, ever bring my car here again. I bought all four tires here Bridgestone Duelers, and shortly after got a flat tire. They "patched it" but it didn't work and after getting tired of pumping air into it, we were told that if the issue was the same previous repair/patch then they would not charge us again but when I showed up they told me that they were going to charge me again which is not what they initially said.
