Hoist Towing & Off Road Recovery

Unfortunately, had an accident on the way down from Pine to Phoenix and had to get towed. Bill from hoist towing was able to pick us up and was super nice and friendly. We enjoyed talking to him on the drive home was able to kind of de-stress us. Would absolutely recommend to anyone else.

Hoist was great! Mike was super awesome, very friendly and made the process easy. Truck broke down while towing our camp trailer, he was able to load up my truck and pull the trailer back as well. He was super accommodating and easy to work with! Nice to know who to call if I’m ever broke down again in the Prescott area. It was a Saturday so I couldn’t really get any quotes from anyone else so I can’t comment on the fairness of the price but insurance will reimburse for some of it.

Our truck broke down today on top of the mountain outside Anthem. Bill came to our rescue. He was able to get it loaded up with no problems & loved on our puppy in the process. Made the horrible experience a lot better. Thanks Hoist Towing & Bill!

I was so worried because my car wouldn’t start. I had charged the battery and even tried to jump start the vehicle using the electric charger/jumper. It did not work, so I called for a tow. Jason arrived quickly and kindly offered to try to jump start the vehicle using his portable jumper. I was so amazed that it worked and was so grateful for the help. He was quick, professional, and kind. His service was greatly appreciated.

The employees of Hoist Towing & Off Road Recovery were responsive, professional, and caring. Jason was helpful and jumped my car within a half an hour of me calling my insurance company to charge my battery. I was lucky that my insurance company called Hoist Towing, their service was excellent!
