Northern Arizona Truck Repair in Dewey-Humboldt and in Kingman, AZ: the actual worst experience of my life with any auto repair shop. He took my money to "fix my truck" and instead destroyed it. He admitted culpability (in written texts!) but kept the truck for EIGHT MONTHS and in the end, lied the entire time, and did NOTHING to the truck all those months. When I said I would not tolerate it anymore after eight months of him claiming he "would make it right" - in written texts, again and again, he sent me this text, telling me he was "throwing my truck out on the street" - I quote. No help, no refunds, no nothing, because he thought it would be better to "take his losses now". The State Attorney's office attempted to broker a response from him, but he refused to even try to fix the situ
Bad service, worse quality. Lose your money and time. Receive miserable customer service. Terrible feeling. Do not come to this place guys.
These guys rock and have been working on my vehicles for 15 yrs. Great service and they keep me on the road.
