My experience with Holbrook when i first began my services with them in December was okay..i purchased a windshield replacement and 2 gently used tires, while the windshield installment was great i was having issues with my tires and Alvin called me and asked me to come back to correct their mistake.. Alvin honestly is one of the best employees they have as he is very tentative to the customers needs and he makes sure the work is done correctly and if there are any mistakes, he takes pride into making it right.. he definitely convinced me to bring my vehicle back in the future for more services..thank you!!

Came in, and I was out in less than 40 minutes for mounting 4 tires from my current wheels, onto a new expensive set of wheels I brought in! Guys have been in the game for a while, definitely would give them my trust! Give very fair pricing!!

Customer service was excellent however, I called the day before and thought I had an appointment for 10am, got there at 9:30 and I'm still waiting 3 hours later. It's cold in waiting area. If they remove one those rim carts, they would have more room for chairs for it's only 4 chairs now. No vending machine no coffee. I took one star away because of the above.

Big homie Sam was recommended my father and did not disappoint. Asked all the right questions what size rims, what size tire and if I wanted to pay an extra 20 for a core aluminum wheel of save the money. He set it all up within 30 mins or less!!! Got everything set up and ready to go before having to pick my mom up from the airport. They are the best!!!! And dont play no games !!! Great prices and great service all around
