My first experience in getting my car fixed at this shop was great! The workers were consistent in keeping me up-to-date with my vehicle in how much it was being repaired and how long it would take to get it back. Positive attitude the entire time along with keeping good conversation and answering all my questions. My car looked clean and good as new when I picked it up! Overall, awesome experience. :)

I brought my car here after an accident for an inspection. Insurance later declared it a total loss, so the shop returned the vehicle to me. When I picked it up, the exterior A-pillar trim clips were broken, damage that was NOT present when I dropped the car off, even after the accident. For context, the first photo shows my car after the accident, which I drove for about three weeks as is before bringing it in. During that time, the trim never popped off, loosened, or caused any issues while driving. The next photo shows how the car was returned to me after the shop had it, with the trim damaged and clips broken. Hollister Collision Center did a great job of giving us an estimate for the repair of our Honda CR-V. Unfortunately, the damage was extensive and the car was totaled. Jamaica talked us through the process, our claim with insurance, and working with the adjuster. While we didn't see the result of a finished car, I know we will use them in the future.

I seriously cannot say enough good things about this place!!! From start to finish, they were AMAZING!! The customer service was top-notch! Super friendly, super communicative, and just genuinely helpful. They kept me updated every step of the way, and the turnaround time was so much faster than I expected!! When I picked up my car, it looked absolutely perfect like nothing had ever happened!! You can tell they really take pride in their work and care about doing things right.
