I had an excellent experience with Hollister Towing inc! When my truck broke down on a busy highway, I was worried about getting it towed safely and quickly. From the moment I called, their customer service was top-notch—friendly, professional, and reassuring. The tow truck arrived faster than I expected, and the driver was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He handled my truck with great care and made sure everything was securely hooked up before towing it to the repair shop. I appreciated the regular updates and how smoothly everything went from start to finish.
Hollister towing will be the only towing company that I call from now on. I've had two situations in the past 5 to 6 weeks where AAA has let me down. AAA left me stranded from 8:00 p.m. till 2:30 a.m. in the ghetto. And then they just left me hanging again for another 5 hours yesterday from 2:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. AAA will lie to you and tell you that they are working on getting you a tow even though they do not contract out in Hollister. They only use one company and that is friendly towing and they are a joke as well. So long story short is they will lie to you to think a truck will be coming soon when there is no chance whatsoever that anyone is coming. We had Hollister Tow tow our friends Blazer from Hollister to Placerville. We called to schedule the tow , the person who took the call was very friendly & willing to help out our handicapped friend. The nice young man was here with in 15-20 mins. The young man was friendly , respectful very knowledgeable. The Blazer was dropped off in Placerville our friend was happy we were happy. I give Hollister Tow a 5 Star for their excellent service.
Joe was able to come by quickly to help me with a lockout! It wasn’t the easiest thing but he kept going until he got it, highly recommend
