I have been buying cars from automax since 2022. The owner Chris is very understanding and hardworking.My salesman Patrick and the manager Marvin and the accountant Karina has been excellent with making sure I’m satisfied with my purchases. Started to finance a car here on January 12th extremely happy that I was able to leave with a vehicle same day no credit check and was told the car was good to go. January 16th the cars battery went out while I was driving. I had to re crank the car in the middle of the street to start. And to my surprise, actually cranked up. Immediately I let my sales man know his name is Detroit ken and he tells me to tow the car to the car lot so that they can inspect and repair it. Despite me just driving it off the lot and being told that it was good to go.i said they should tow it they asked me to tow it…. They end up agreeing but the car was driven away at that time their tow came so they left and I end up paying for the tow TODAY. I asked the manger Chris for a refund and refused to get the car r

This place gets 0 stars . Don’t even deserve 1. Do not buy from this dealership. The car I purchased has had constant mechanical problems since day one. Multiple mechanics couldn’t properly fix it because of how many issues it had. The vehicle has been broken down most of the time I’ve owned it, yet I was still charged extra fees. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience the communication is horrible. Every time they took my car to fix it came back out with a new scratch or dent. They are very careless. Do not buy here they just want to take your money.Buyer beware.

Horrible place to shop for a car I had two cars from them and both cars had mechanical issues and the mechanic don’t know what they are doing. My last car it broke down two days later I took it back to them to repair it and instead of fixing the issue they gave the car back to the auction and refused to give me my refund back. Please save yourself the time and energy this place is horrible and Chris use to be a lawyer so he knows how to work around the system when it comes to not refunding and selling messed up cars they are just like Matilda daddy but worse so stay far away

Very bad service. When I bought the vehicle, they promised to do some repairs that they had supposedly already ordered online, and after two years the parts never arrived. They left me with a brand-new car that was damaged. They claim to cover four years of maintenance, but they've only given me two appointments in two years for oil changes. The first time they scratched the car, the second time was fine, and now they're only open Monday through Friday, and not until 9 am.
