Always a great experience! This is my second purchase from Holmes Motors. The first was in 2021, and I came back because the first vehicle was amazing and the communication was great with Holmes. I experienced NO problems with the first car. I am sure I will continue to be pleased with this second purchase.

My experience with Holmes Motors has been extremely disappointing. I reached out multiple times regarding an issue with the vehicle I purchased, and the communication has been almost nonexistent. I wasn’t given a clear resolution, and I felt ignored after expressing legitimate concerns about the condition of the car. Instead of helping me fix the problem, I received no solid offer or follow-through, which has caused nothing but stress and frustration. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this dealership. I hope they improve their communication and the way they handle customer concerns in the future.”

I came in genuinely interested in purchasing a vehicle and asked reasonable questions to protect myself as a buyer. Ricky became visibly frustrated, dismissed me, and walked away instead of addressing my concerns. That level of customer service is unacceptable when someone is making such a large financial decision. I would advise others to proceed with caution

The only good thing about this car dealership is Rickey T , he’s an amazing salesman . But the dealership itself AWFUL , service manager AWFUL and the car I was in started giving me problems from the first week (Dec 4). The repaired the noise from underneath but not the noise from the front , whole time the engine was on its way out :) . They came to tow the vehicle so he could “work it in at 9am since the appt he had reserved did not confirm if they were coming) called for an update the next afternoon and was met with nothing but a nonchalant attitude and he will “try to get to it today he’s got 7 cars to see about” meanwhile mine wouldn’t go past 20mph and nearly left me stranded 2 hours from home .
