Homestead Tow Service

My truck and trailer caught fire and their response was very quick and efficient their workers were very professional and the personnel in the office was great to work with wonderful people

We were passing through on vacation and broke down on I-70 in Junction City at 8am on a Sunday morning, with my family of 6 and 100 lb labrador in my 15-passenger van. I called Scott and explained our situation and he went above and beyond getting all of us towed to a shop for a very fair price. Other than my bad luck, we had an excellent experience and recommend Homestead to anyone!

They are charging me for something they didn't do or need to do. Car had 3 good tires compact infinity it was movable but the driver claim he had to put an extra winch on it and charged another $150 . Lies it wasn't stuck it didn't roll just had a flat tire on the driver rear. Then charged $150 to pick up a rear bumper and peices to a headlight and driver side mirror. It's only been in their possession for 67 hours that a little short of three days and says it's $661 to retrieve it. As you can see nothing major to clean up and the car isn't in any kind of hard position and was still start up n move

I called this morning as my vehicle got stuck on a westbound I-70 on ramp yesterday on my way home from work. Scott Nielsen came, picked me up, and took me out there and was able to get my car towed out of its snow prison. He was incredibly nice and provided great service. I can't thank him enough.

Great guys work here. After being in a very bad car crash, Charlie, the owner, helped me out, drove me to a hotel, and seemed genuinely concerned for my well being. I was nowhere near home at the time and this was very much appreciated. Thank you Homestead.
