This is my second car from this place. My first car was good, I had no issues. My second car, the battery post was rigged so I couldn’t get it fixed. I had to take my car to the auto mechanic shop. They tried to charge me $1200 to get the parts, because I needed an alternator and some coils. $1200!! Then they did not want to put me in a rental after they had my car for over 2 weeks, saying it’s policy. Not to mention they still wanted there car payment! And on top of that the male receptionist at the auto place was very rude to me. HE SHOULD BE FIRED!!!!! I can’t wait to pay this car off because I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!!!

It took me a while to write a review about the service I received at this location because I had mixed feelings about it but overall I will say everyone there was extremely nice and helpful the outcome was not ideal but it was fair. I spoke with the office manager at this location a couple of times, nothing but good interactions between us, I was never rude nor disrespectful to her. The car I got was a 2004 Honda accord, yes I know it was over 20 years old so I was not expecting it to run like new . Obviously I needed a car because who purchases a 2004 for 10,000 unless they are truly desperate.
