this is my go to shop. craig and his crew are always great to work with. Had a check engine light come on, stopped in the shop and they quick diagnosed the light for free and talked to me for 10 minutes about how the issue happens which i appreciated as i am not a big car guy. I never feel like im being talked down to and i know my car is in good hands with them.

This auto repair place is absolutely fabulous. I called them yesterday on a cross country trip when our truck hauling a 34 foot fifth wheel started making a strange noise in the right tire well. The gentleman answering the phone told us we could bring in the truck immediately and that they would look at it first thing the next morning. The shop fixed our truck (bent bumper rubbing tire) and refused payment. The peace of mind is priceless. Their willingness to work us into a crowded schedule they already had was unexpected and very much appreciated. I can not recommend this business highly enough!!! The reviews I read earlier that led me to call this place first are entirely warranted.

An Absolutely FANTASTIC shop!!! I was so worried I wouldn't be able to find a new mechanic to take care of me, or my car to be fixed before my trip tomorrow but Hometown Auto squeezed me in and got me back on the road just in time. I have been having issues with my radiator for the past 6 months. Due to the issue not being resolved, I took it to a new mechanic (Hometown Auto), because I felt something just wasn't right. I have been dumping money on parts to be fixed that I've found out were never actually fixed. Not only did Hometown Auto take care of me, but they held onto the parts for me to show how they are the same ones causing the same issue that I was way over charged for at another shop.
