NAPA Auto Parts - Auto Parts Of Baraboo

I need a custom hydraulic hose for my mini excavator..low and behold Baraboo Napa had exactly what I needed, I didn't asked for their names but the older guy was super knowledgeable and the younger women was also!!

They staff there were very nice and helped me get a set of wipers, that I've neglected to replace. When I was outside installing them (in the rain), one of the clerks came out and helped me. I am very appreciative of their service and had a wonderful experience.

Thank you, Bob for taking the time to listen and scanning my 2015 Ford Explorer! I had been going to AutoZone and having my car scanned and they didn't have any codes come up. Bob scanned my car at Napa and told me that I have a faulty battery that I had bought at AutoZone a year ago. It was still under warranty so it was replaced. Six days of my car not starting in the morning was really irritating. Today it fired up no problem!

The fellas were great. I appreciate their knowledge. I always get a decent tier of NAPPA car batteries because of the no hassle exchange. Can't beat the service.
