We were traveling from NEA to NWA for my sons 16th birthday. In Beebe, our RAV4’s CV axles went out. We took the first exit which just happened to be Hwy 64, and we just happened to see Hometown Auto Service. We pull in, and there are two customers waiting on vehicles that are being worked on, and like three more dropping off, and then me. I pull in and talked to the first mechanic I see, he was very kind and told me that David would be the guy that would help me asap. I thought it was gonna be an hour or more before he could get to us, but not 5 minutes later, David came out, listened to my rambling about wobbles and shakes and then took my vehicle for a quick test drive, came back got it on a rack and diagnosed the problem in about 20 minutes. I was waiting for an high cost estimate

Never had a bad experience here. Had several oil changes both foreign and domestic. Ford, Chevy, VW Atlas CS. Had ford spark plugs replaced. Knowledgeable, fast, honest, friendly, and reasonably priced on all.

I love finding a mechanic who is honest and does such great work. He calls you to let you know what's going on as the repair process continues and communicates in a great clear way. He's upfront about the costs and completes the work as quickly as possible. On the bill, he completely itemizes the costs for parts and labor as well. Thank you!

I went the there today to get battery end . It was just that, He was going to charge me 70,00 dollars for a 8.00 dollar fix. well I just went to the parts store and got the part and you tubed it myself. I was just so upset that they could do that. that was just so upsetting..
