We've been taking our 2014 Prius to Hometown Auto for years. And in the 11+ years we've had this car, we've never had a moment's problem with it. We credit these folks for their excellent care in their routine maintenance. Their prices are very fair and the staff are great. I'm usually in and out in less than an hour. They do exactly what they say they'll do, they've never suggested anything that the car didn't need or try to upsell us. And I've never noticed them treating women differently from men, which I've had to deal with in the past (I'm a petite woman). In fact, I've noted that they treat everyone with good-natured respect and patience, which is rare these days. These guys are great. They dont up sell and give you honest opinion. No fancy treatments, just good old style mechanics at a good price.

Gee, this is such a good shop. The guys are right on about every thing our two cars need and don't need, which is a definite moneysaver for us. The recent 80k mile service is keeping our Civic healthy and safe, and soon the Camry will get a similar treatment. I can't recommend anyone that I feel more confident in than H.A.

I took my car in to get the brakes done. After inspection they let me know I only needed the rear brakes done. They were also able to take care of my inspection while they had the car. I have had several services done here and it is always easy to schedule.

Went to Hometown for the first time earlier in the month. A friend highly recommended them for their honesty and great prices. I was absolutely thrilled with the guys, their service and the price. I just found my new mechanic! It's nice to feel like I'm not getting ripped off just because I'm a woman.
