Hometown Car Care

Our family was on our way to Greenville when our alternator died in Westminster, SC. We called around to so many mechanics but they were all closed for the weekend. I called Hometown Car Care at 8:30pm and he answered and said he would be more than happy to fix our van! We got our van towed there that night and he had it done by 9:30am the next morning. He charged us such a reasonable amount and he was such an incredibly nice man and very professional. We will be taking our cars to him from now on. He is worth the drive!

James was great. I had a check engine light pop up. I took my car to him same day and he replaced my engine coolant thermostat sensor in no time! James even fixed my windshield wiper hose that nobody could seem to fix. He was very professional and I will definitely go back! I 10/10 recommend!!!

Brakes started to grind. Stopped in, James checked them out and ordered the parts. Came back the next day and was gone in 2 hours. Great service! Great guy! A pleasure to meet him and I just found my new mechanic!! A BIG THANK YOU!!!

Absolutely excellent service. Bought a used car, and brought it to him to double check everything. He gave me an honest and fair assessment of the entire vehicle. I will absolutely be using him for all of my service needs, and you should too if you want a mechanic you can trust.

Was screwed over by previous shops building this car. Brought it to James he got me right with a new LS swap Holley efi and pro dash install… couldn’t be happier with the service and communication definitely wouldn’t trust any other shop but Hometown Car Care for all of my vehicles… thank you again
