Huge Shout-Out for Randy's Automotive. My baby girl attends school at Clemson and her VW Jetta was not starting. Fortunately, it just turned out to be a battery and Randy's got her back on the road in short order. The folks at O'Reilly said that VW batteries have to be synced with the car computer and another repair shop referred us to Randy's because they didn't work on foreign cars. The towing company (Kevin at Jim's Towing) was awesome as well! It is great to work with truly nice people. Thank you, Randy's Automotive!

Brought in grandson’s Audi with oil leak which turned into more leaks. Very cost conscious and professional. Would come back! Appreciate them. Provided a quote and stayed there! No surprises.

I was referred to Randy's Automotive because my daughter's Volkswagen had an oil leak and we are from GA and had no idea what repair shop to use I was concerned about her, her husband, and my granddaughter driving back with a potentially dangerous situation if all of the oil leaked out. They were able to fit her in despite being short staffed that day. They called to tell what the issue could be, either a quick fix or major repair. They would not be able to tell until they removed the oil pan plug. I appreciated their honesty and allowing me to decide what to do. On top of that, Randy's Automotive charged a minimal amount for their time and labor. If this happens again when we are in the area, which I hope it doesn't, we will definitely go back to them. Very good overall experience. Seth and Tim were very helpful in scheduling and determining what service was needed/done.

As always Seth and his crew are always on the ball and keep in contact with us as to what is happening. When we bring our cars in to get maintenance or repairs the service is great, repairs are spot on and the price is fair. We are glad to have found you!
