I took my car to Hometown Tires today and had a flat tire repaired, and I was impressed by Richard, my service technician who provided exceptional customer service and shared his Christian values. The entire staff is praiseworthy. I highly recommend this shop.

I came in to hometown tires and I was distraught by my Tesla tire being flat Larry Doug & Richard were beyond exceptional with their customer service and I just want to make this review to give them the acknowledgment they deserve and the appreciation I didn't know what I was going to do I'm not familiar with the town or anything and they made me feel so welcome and took care of me and I just want to thank them and give them that acknowledgment great job team

Brad and his crew are top notch in every field . Always low prices , quick turnaround. Been dealing with Brad since the day they opened their doors.

I used to give 5 stars for this place when they were family owned, but now it has fallen so far from Grace. They have had my vehicle for 3 days to replace front brakes and rotate tires which they haven't even started. I would not recommend using them for any type of work in the future especially when they cannot provide reasonable timeliness for routine work.
