Honda Cars of McKinney Service Center

I went to Honda Cars of McKinney for a routine oil change and had an outstanding experience thanks to Sean. He was absolutely phenomenal! While I was there, we found out my tires needed to be replaced, and Sean walked me through the entire process. He explained my options clearly, answered every single question I had, and made sure I felt confident in my decision. Hands down some of the best customer service around. Thank you, Sean, for going above and beyond! I truly appreciate it.

Anthony Lee was very professional and everything was reasonably quoted. The repairs were done in a timely manner and I was up and back on the road in no time. I HIGHLY recommend requesting to work with Anthony directly. It's rare to find someone who is passionate and genuine with all regards to their job. This is the guy!

This service department is absolutely top notch. I have always had a great experience. The service advisors, Cole, Ron, AJ, and Steve (big shout out to Steve) are the absolute best in the business. They are up-front and honest. I have never had a bad experience. I absolutely can not recommend them enough.

I cannot recommend coming and seeing Cole enough. Not only does he have a phenomenal first name, but also an amazing supporting cast by his side. If he is not available, either of the 3 handsome gentlemen to his left and right, of which go by the names Ron, AJ and Steve, are always happy to assist. Furthermore, Geoff, the manager, has really nice hair. Come on by. They do not disappoint (Keil, Odessa, Billy, Anthony, Jordan, Jeremy, Johnson, Sean, Mario, Teddy... all great advisors as well)
