Jacob Allred was my salesman and went above and beyond to help me get exactly what I wanted! I have been to many other dealerships and this has been by far the best experience I have ever had. He even got me and the kiddos an ice cream while we were waiting for finance. Austin Tolbert was also fantastic back in Finance! I bought a used 2022 Chevrolet Equinox from Honda of Kingsport in November of 2025. At the time I bought it we had an extended warranty bumper to bumper put on the car. We never really thought we’d have to use it. On 2-27-2026 my car wouldn’t start. I had a mechanic friend tell me it was the starter. So we had the car towed to Honda of Kingsport to get it fixed. I talked to several people but David Constant was the last person I dealt with. He did an amazing job as did the mechanics who worked on my car. After all was said and done I only owed 50 dollars for a thousand dollar repair. I have a zero deductible. The only reason I had to pay was because there was a choice between 2 starters. Very pleasant experience !! My husband (Mike) & I love our new civic sport touring hybrid hatchback!
