Honda Murray Service Department

I have a 2010 Honda Odyssey. I'm also the president of a local non-profit here in SLC UT, Fresh Start Hygiene Inc, serving the community full time have been getting my regular maintenance and oil changes done at this dealership for the last 2 years. I am extremely impressed with Richard the service manager and several of his committed knowledgeable staff. They have always worked with me and been extremely competitive, generous, and helpful for my self and my old paid off van pushing 250,000 mi on it. I would highly recommend working with them. I'm a picky picker. I know good quality and service and only go where strong referrals and integrity reside. These guys are great. Three oil changes for around $100 with a 10 point inspection and videos and explanation is my favorite service they off

I am super happy with Honda Murray service. I just did oil change but They did a great job on telling me the extra issues in my car. They also fixed my sit that was stuck for free. The technitian was also very polite and helpful. Thank you so much.

I recently had my vehicle serviced at Larry H. Miller Honda and had a great experience. My service advisor Joseph Antonelli was exceptional—professional, transparent, and truly honest. They gave straightforward advice, only recommended what was actually needed, and took the time to clearly explain everything. I really appreciated their integrity and customer care. Highly recommend!

While the actual services rendered are acceptable, their customer service is seriously lacking. I had a scheduled appointment, pulled into the service bay, got out of the car and waited nearly 10 minutes for any of the men working to acknowledge me. There were 6 or 7 people at the desks, chatting, having coffee and blatantly ignoring me. I was only acknowledged after another gentleman walked in and asked me if I had been helped. Once one of the guys was told to help me, he came over and seemed to not know how much an oil change should cost or have any record of my previously purchased package. When told that my previously purchased packages had expired, even though I had received emails to use it recently, I told him the website featured a discount for $49.99. He told me it was expired. I went in for oil change and they said I needed brake fluid change…was there 2 1/2 hours ….that’s ridiculous! Also they didn’t change the oil monitor(tells you when you need to change oil) I was 2 blocks away and notice that…I had to go back and get that done! Also I asked them to check my windshield wipers because they made a loud noise when they hit the bottom of my windshield. They said it wasn’t hooked in right, so they put it in right. The only thing it still made that sound. Went to discount tires and had them check and they said it was one was wrong size (to big) Discount put the right size on and guess what no sound! Which makes me wonder if they really even looked or just pretended they looked? It was a joke! I’m not coming back, I don’t trust Larry H Miller anymore!!! I have be
