I don’t usually write reviews, but the Parts Department at Honda of Aventura absolutely deserves it. From the moment I called, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to verify part numbers, explained options (OEM vs aftermarket), and made sure I was getting exactly what I needed the first time. No runaround. No guessing. Just straight expertise. What really impressed me was how fast everything was handled. Parts were in when promised, pricing was fair, and the communication was on point the entire time. You can tell this department is organized and run by people who actually care about customer service. If you’re a DIYer, a shop, or just someone who wants the right part without wasting time, this is the place to call. I won’t be going anywher

Absolutely excellent service! Nicholas Gryniewski was especially friendly and helpful. I was late for the service and he still welcomed me with a smile and even got extra help on the job to make sure my car didn't have to stay overnight. Everyone was so warm and welcoming definitely recommend.

Amazing service, came in for a tire rotation Mr. Nicholas Gryniewski took care of everything including setting up a complementary car wash. I will definitely be coming back for future service
